Yoga inspires Tiffany to live each moment mindfully. While she aims to challenge students both physically and mentally her goal for each class is for people to be accepting of where they are and how they feel in this present moment. She loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. Tiffany hopes you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
