the reason for that error is that the acronis drivers are loaded before true image is loaded. this is due to the fact that acronis drivers are loaded directly into the bartpefilesdriverx64-folder. a workaround for this is to have a look at the bartpefilesdriverx64-folder and add acronis' drivers into the bartpefilesdriverx64-folder, too. additionally, the bartpefilesdriverx64-folder has to be moved at the end of the files list, so that both drivers are loaded after each other. therefore, the bartpefilesdriverx64-folder needs to be moved into the bartpefilesdriverx64-folder after the files for true image. this way, the drivers will be loaded after true image.

if you want to have the uefi boot screen back, you can add the acronis drivers into the x64-folder, too. this way, acronis' boot manager will take over the boot process and you will have the uefi boot screen back. you can choose between the windows boot manager, which will start the c:windows\wubildr.mbr boot manager, and acronis' boot manager. this way, you will have windows boot manager as fallback. you can set this option in the bartpefilesdriverx64-folder in the x64-folder. the issue with that is that the computer will reboot into windows when you press f8 (for the uefi boot screen) or f12 (for windows 7). if you do not want to reboot into windows, you have to enable the boot manager you want to use. you can do that by clicking "change boot order" and pressing f8 or f12.
