Throughout my career I have been drawn to work that allows me to connect to others and make a positive impact on the lives of others. I have devoted 2 decades to empowering individuals and creating opportunities for positive transformation and growth. I would describe myself as having a down-to-earth nature, sense of humor, and personable demeanor. I am passionate about helping individuals (youth and adults), families, and couples to come alive and dance with the spontaneity of life!
I utilize various therapeutic approaches including family systems, person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed methods to help each client get what they need in a supportive and understanding environment.
During my spare time I can be found enjoying the great outdoors and being active; whether it is on hiking trail, on the water, or on the dodgeball court, being active is my happy place. Aside from being in nature, I am also grateful for the time I can time with my family, two dogs, and my “spicy” cat.
