Yoga Meditation Instructor
In my 6 years of working with individuals having a difficult time getting through the day without
feeling overcome by anxiety, insomnia, stress or inner speech, I have been able to focus on an easy technique to help combat some common psychological limitations.
There is a huge gap in our busy lives to slow down and find our ground for meditation yoga. There is healing in creating a space specifically for meditation. As there are different types of meditation yoga, I focus mainly on Mindfulness, Zazen, and Matta also known as kind-loving, gratitude and grounding. I facilitate sessions in the early morning and evening focusing
on techniques to help start or end your day.
Fun fact: my happy place is anywhere by the water; I enjoy gardening, planting flowers and
traveling to new places.
