Traditional Therapy Modalities
We are trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy; traditional models which are aimed to help you recognize unhelpful thinking patterns and limiting beliefs, and re-frame the way you think.
