I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, traditional models which are aimed to help you recognize unhelpful thinking patterns and limiting beliefs, and re-frame the way you think. Working through your cognition helps to develop emotional regulation, self-awareness, reduces stress, worry and anxiety.
