Mainstream Modalities

We are energetic beings in a body, living a human experience. Mainstream modalities teach you how to channel your energy, develop your intuition, and clear patterns and beliefs through guided meditation, chakra healing, Reiki treatments, and mind body connection. 


Common areas of discussion include anxiety and depression; difficult emotions (unique to everyone); managing your emotions during divorce; check-out methods (drinking, drugs, sex, shopping, gambling); no direction / feeling stuck; boundaries, self-care, self-love and nurturing a relationship with yourself.
