Olga George
Psychotherapist
After 15 years in the corporate world working for one of Canada’s largest banks, I found the courage to follow my heart and begin a new chapter. Immigration, motherhood, and raising three children have deeply shaped my understanding of love, resilience, and transformation. Working through my own childhood trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, panic attacks, and self-discovery led me to my true calling in psychotherapy and holistic healing.
As a Holistic Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Hypnotherapist, I specialize in helping people remember that they are not just their thoughts, but also their emotions, body, and spirit. My work guides clients toward a deep sense of wholeness by addressing healing from the root. I integrate Jungian depth psychology, inner child healing, as well as hypnotherapy certification from master healers at the University of Toronto. My sessions often weave together somatic work and spiritual integration, recognizing that the body stores the emotions and stories that words alone cannot reach.
Many clients are also drawn to my sound therapy sessions, where the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and the handpan help regulate the nervous system, release emotional tension, and restore harmony between body and soul.
Fun Fact: I’m currently writing a book on spiritual psychotherapy, love playing my music instruments and dancing ecstatically in my Tibetan long skirts to reconnect with my body and my feminine energy, and play time with my kids, who constantly remind me how to be a kid again and don't take life too seriously.
