Mainstream Therapy presents a 4-week small group session aimed at helping kids recognize and understand their emotional health in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Through stories, games and open discussions, we will cover emotional regulation, self-responsibility, safe media use and boundaries.

6-7 PM ~ ages 9-12
7-8 PM ~ ages 13-15
Fee: $140 for 4 weeks (some insurance plans accepted, please inquire).
