Classic Mini-Map Finally Returning?
A lot of us have been complaining for years about the COD BO6 Gift CP modern Call of Duty mini-map, where red dots don’t appear when enemies fire unsuppressed weapons. There’s a rumor that Black Ops 6 is finally bringing back the classic mini-map from the older games. If this is true, THANK YOU, Treyarch!
The decision to remove red dots was one of the worst changes in recent CoD games. It slowed down gameplay and forced people to rely too much on UAVs. The classic mini-map kept matches fast and tactical, rewarding players who paid attention to positioning.
This could also mean that suppressors will matter again. Right now, in MW games, there’s no reason to use them since no one shows up on the map anyway. If Black Ops 6 goes back to the old system, we might finally get back some of that classic CoD feel.
